16th China-Huailai Wine Festival held in Huailai
Last week, Huailai county hosted the 16th China-Huailai Wine Festival, with a series of tastings, summits and seminars.
French winery owner Jean-Luc Thunevin of Château Valandraud and American winemaker Scott Meadows attended the three-day event.
Huailai, a northern county in Hebei province, has been actively communicating with fine wine regions from both China and abroad in recent years, importing technology and talents and learning from successful wineries.
